3. Pants-shaped specimens are clamped to a certain depth in the holder according to the regulations, place the specimens on the holder of the machine, and perform the tensile test at the prescribed speed until the specimen breaks.
4. The right-angle, crescent-shaped sample records its maximum value, and the pant sample uses an automatic drawing device to record all force values during the test.
The above is the test method for tape tearing. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, its maintenance method needs to be done:
1. Note the level of the environment and location, whether the power supply voltage is rusty, etc.
2. Whether the keys on the operation panel can work normally, whether the data is messed up, etc.
3. Whether the various speeds of the beam can run normally, whether there is any trace of breakage in the motor belt, and whether the tightness is appropriate.
4. The attachments are replaced with different test contents, the machine part is regularly filled with lubricating oil.
5. The garbage after the test can be taken away at any time, and wiped every day to keep it tidy.
