/ Chen Yun Memorial Hall
On this warm day of December 23rd, members of the Sansi Yongheng Study Association embarked on a meaningful study tour in Shanghai, a land full of history and modernity. The purpose of this study tour is not only to appreciate the prosperity of the metropolis, but also to learn and improve oneself together with colleagues from Hongqi Group. It is also to trace the footsteps of revolutionary martyrs and appreciate those turbulent years.
Entering the Chen Yun Memorial Hall, we feel as if we have traveled through that era of intense war. The precious cultural relics, historical images, and restored historical scenes displayed in the museum all showcase Comrade Chen Yun's outstanding wisdom and courage. We deeply admire his tremendous contributions to the Chinese revolutionary cause. This visit is not only a memory of history, but also a baptism of ideas, which has strengthened our belief in striving for national rejuvenation.
Sansi Yongheng&Hongqi Group Offline Learning Sharing Conference
The purpose of this sharing session is to provide employees with a platform for in-depth communication, sharing learning experiences and practical practices. Firstly, our employees Zhu Shenghao and Chen Shiyan shared how they integrated the concept of "six improvements" into their daily work. They emphasized the importance of putting in no less effort than anyone else, pursuing a perfect work attitude, and establishing good interpersonal relationships with team members. At the same time, they also shared how to improve work efficiency and quality through continuous improvement and innovation. Subsequently, Huang Ping, Chairman of Hongqi Group, discussed from the perspective of Yangming's psychology how to cultivate inner composure and wisdom to cope with complex and ever-changing work environments. They combined practical cases and shared how to enhance individual and team coping abilities through promoting conscience and integrating knowledge and action. At the end of the sharing session, we also arranged an interactive session for participants to share their insights. Everyone expressed that through this sharing meeting, not only did they gain a deeper understanding of the "Six Advancements" and "Yangming Mind Learning", but they also learned how to apply these concepts to practical work.
The offline sharing session was a complete success, not only enhancing communication and cooperation among employees, but also enhancing everyone's understanding and recognition of excellent traditional Chinese culture. We look forward to hosting more such events in the future to provide employees with more platforms for learning and growth.

Suffering is the stepping stone to reach the peak of life. Setting new goals and aspirations, nothing can stop you. No matter how much hardship or fatigue you experience, it is your stepping stone. Let go and take everyone on a journey. If there is hope in life, there will be joy!

/ Visit to the Anti Japanese War Memorial Hall and the Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China in Sihang Warehouse
Standing in front of the ruins of the Four Rows Warehouse, we seem to be able to feel the heroic scene of soldiers fighting with blood and fighting back then. This building, which witnessed the process of the Chinese revolution, has now become an important base for patriotic education. The site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China witnessed the birth of the CPC, which is a landmark historic site. Faced with these historical relics, we deeply feel the enormous sacrifices made by revolutionary martyrs for national independence and national liberation. Their brave and fearless spirit, sacrificing their lives for righteousness, makes us respect them deeply. This on-site visit has strengthened our belief in striving for national rejuvenation. We will inherit the will of revolutionary martyrs and contribute our own strength to the prosperity of the country.
    
This study tour in Shanghai is a spiritual baptism and a sublimation of thoughts. We deeply appreciate the spirit of selfless dedication of revolutionary martyrs, while also drawing on advanced concepts of modern social development. Faced with future challenges and opportunities, we will devote ourselves with even greater enthusiasm to work and study, and contribute our efforts to realizing the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
