Cold embedded resin
1. The ratio of resin powder and resin water is 1: 0.8 (weight ratio)
2. First prepare a container and a stirring rod, pour the appropriate amount of resin powder into the mixing cup.
3. Add an appropriate amount of resin water and mix slowly with a stir bar (if it is too fast, it will easily produce bubbles)
4. After stirring evenly (into a milky white thick liquid), pour into the slice mold
5. The curing is completed after about 13-15 minutes (the temperature generated in the middle is a natural reaction phenomenon)
The proportion can be adjusted according to specific requirements. The higher the powder ratio, the faster the curing speed and the poorer the fluidity! The effect is reversed.
Shelf life
Under natural ventilation, the warranty period is two years.
Cold embedded resin powder:
White powder, its particle size is below 100 microns, molecular weight is 150,000 Mw to 160,000 Mw, hardener is colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid
1. The slice has sufficient hardness and toughness after curing
2. The slice has sufficient brightness after polishing
3. The shrinkage rate before and after the slice is cured is extremely low
