Testing requirements:
Pre-recessed degree:
Apply a force of 5N to the sample to measure the thickness of the sample. After pressing into the sample at a rate of 100MM / MIN and 70% of the thickness of the sample, unload it at the same rate
Method A—Determination of concave hardness index:
After preloading three times, the thickness of the sample is recessed by 40% and kept for 30S, and the force value is recorded
Method B --- Determination of concave hardness characteristics:
After three preloads, the thickness of the sample is recessed by 25% and kept for 30S, and the force value is recorded
Increase the concave degree to 40% from the concave sample thickness of 25% and maintain 30S, record the force value
Increase the concave degree to 65% from the concave sample thickness of 40% and maintain 30S, record the force value
Calculation of recessed coefficient:
The required force value of the concave degree of 25% / the required force value of the concave degree of 40%

Method C --- Indentation hardness test:
