Equipment description: This machine is suitable for making dumbbell-shaped tensile samples and Vicat thermal deformation samples of various non-metallic pipes or plates. This machine adopts the principle of profiling, combined with the principle of mechanical transmission to transform the rotary motion of thread into linear motion. It has the characteristics of simple operation, fast, convenient, standard sample preparation and stable size. The relative position of the sample and the cutter can be adjusted according to the actual situation. The shape of the sample is controlled by the shape of the corresponding template. The working process is not affected by the operator's movement. Sample spline; reduced working time loss and improved versatility of operation, improved work efficiency, and reduced processing costs; and installed a dust suction device on the work surface, providing a good working environment for workers . The standard milling cutter is used to make the tool durable, and the edge of the sample is smooth and free of burrs. It is an ideal supporting product for electronic tensile universal testing machine and Vicat thermal deformation testing machine.
