Reading lights up life, and the fragrance of books permeates life. On April 17, 2023, students from the company's book club held the 11th and 12th offline sharing sessions to learn and grow together. The theme of this sharing session is: Returning to the original intention. The original intention of establishing a book club in the company is to: 1. improve cognitive ability, eliminate ambiguity, find the meaning of life and work, guide children's family building, grow themselves, and live the way they want. 2. Carry out reading and learning activities to guide us to develop good reading habits, making reading a pleasure, a culture, and an atmosphere. Let good books accompany us for growth and a happy life, starting from reading and learning. The company has been establishing a book club for over 3 years, and the general manager has led everyone to read more than ten books, ranging from Inamori philosophy to management and traditional Chinese culture. This not only enhances everyone's understanding, but also enhances their communication and expression skills and work cooperation. Share with everyone the process of offline book clubs.

She believes that understanding these eight hardships of life makes it easier to find the original intention. Being able to eliminate all distractions and pursue truth, goodness, and beauty! Walking in the workplace may lead to forgetting one's original intention, being busy with tasks, and a journey. When we first walked, we were full of passion and confidence. After walking for a while, we realized that our passion had decreased significantly, and we didn't know where our confidence had gone. In fact, it's not that the road has changed, nor that the scenery on the road has changed. The road is still that road, the scenery is still that scenery, but your mindset has changed. Mr. Xiong shared his growth history, from a young man full of hope for the future with a monthly income of 300 yuan to the creation of Sansi Eternal, experiencing heartbreak and emotion, choices and growth!  The purpose of living is to read early from 5:30 am every day and study for nearly 3 hours every day; Inamori's philosophy opened the door to my heart. My heart has changed, there is no anxiety, no worries, and when I see another world, my heart is filled with love.     Tang Xia: I shared the excitement and happiness of my friends when their first tensile machine was produced, not forgetting their original intention and continuing to move forward. Lin Bo: I shared that different age groups have different initial intentions. Now, my initial intention is to do a job that I enjoy, improve my professional skills, form a happy family, and make both relatives and friends happy. Cao Qiuhua: My original intention was to be a child and unleash my childlike innocence. The only certainty in life is uncertainty, tomorrow is hope, and strive to be better than today. I applied to join the company book club after two months of employment. I checked in every morning and shared my school journey. I was the first child in the village to go to school in the city. I have a special desire for reading, and joining a book club is also because I want to learn more knowledge and find the feeling of being in school. Chen Fasong: My original intention was not to push the problem onto others, but to leave the problem to myself and be the terminator of the problem. Li Aoxiang: My original intention was to serve customers well, but I forced myself to solve problems that I couldn't solve.
